We are very much concerned about the devastating earthquake that hit Myanmar on March 28. We know that all of you are worried about this news, as we have many friends living there.

 This powerful disaster has tragically claimed over 3,000 lives and left more than 4,500 injured. Reports and visuals paint a grim picture of buckled roads, damaged bridges, and flattened buildings. While aid organizations have begun their crucial work, Myanmar's needs remain immense as they navigate this incredibly challenging time.

 APCC has launched a fundraising campaign to support the earthquake victims in Myanmar. From April 27th until July, APCC will be collecting donations, which will then be transferred to BC Myanmar.

 Now is the time for our BRIDGE CLUB network to come together and put 'OMOIYARI' into action. Let's connect our collective strength to help our friends in Myanmar rebuild their lives.

 We invite you and your BC to join our fundraising efforts. Here are two ways you can contribute:

 ★  Donate via Credit Card through the Smile Support Project:

Please visit the Smile Support Project platform to make a secure online donation. After reviewing the notes, simply select or enter your desired donation amount and click 'Donate' to proceed with your credit card details and other necessary information.

Please note that we can only accept donations of ¥1,000 or more.

The final donation amount will reflect a deduction for the credit card transaction fee (approximately 4%, varying slightly by credit card company).

 ★  Contribute through Cash Collection:

Your BC can collect funds and send the total amount with your PA or Chaperon who will be attending the BRIDGE Summer Camp this July. The APCC office will then gratefully receive these donations.
