Mrs. Satoko Rose Ohkuma. • Set the direction of
BCIO with BCIO management team • Reserves right to approve
or reject policies and programs proposed by General Manager•
Oversee and supervise General Manager and the Management

General Manager: - Mr. Moiz Qazi (JA 2008, BC Pakistan) • Define
and communicate the strategic direction of the BCIO, with the Board of
Directors.• Create and implement policies and programs to
advance BCIO growth, subject to Board of Directors
approval. Manage BCIO programs and supervise
Assistant Managers.• Represent the BCIO publicly and engage
with external organizations, requiring Board of Directors approval for all
external interactions.

Secretariat: - (APCC Coordinator, Ms. Karuna Shrestha)• Work at
APCC Office in Fukuoka• Serve as the central point of
contact for information and communication within the
BCIO.• Manage and maintain the BCIO database and
website.• Develop and distribute the APCC/BCIO
e-newsletter (One World Newsletter). • Act
as the primary operational bridge between the BCIO and the APCC
Secretariat.
4. Advisory
Board: - Mr. Arief Adinoto (JA 1989, BC Indonesia) ; Ms. Erin Maitland (JA
1991, BC Australia) •
*Advisory Board members are appointed by the BCIO Board of
Directors.• Offer expert advice and support to the
Management Team to drive BCIO growth and implement best-practice
standards.• Provide leadership oversight and guidance to
ensure the Management Team effectively pursues the BCIO's strategic
vision. • Mentor and develop the Management Team,
enhancing their leadership capabilities.• Facilitate
collaboration with former BCIO Head Office Members on project
initiatives.

Assistant Managers: -
Ms. Garima Khakurel (JA 2008, BC Nepal) • Provide
leadership for the BCPN, driving its development to maximize project and event
growth.• Oversee the content, structure, and functionality of
the BCPN page within the BCIO website.• Supervise and mentor
Head Office Members for effective PA program
development.
Ms.
Raia A. T. Gallardo (JA 2010, BC Philippines) • Create
compelling communication materials, including announcements and sponsorship proposals.
• Lead public relations efforts to enhance BCIO program
visibility. • Produce and distribute the One World
Newsletter (APCC/BCIO e-newsletter).• Supervise and mentor Head
Office Members for effective PA program development.
Ms.
Chanel Tiffany Pardoe (JA 2008, BC Australia) • Monitor
BRIDGE CLUBs (BCs) activities. • Implement re-engagement
programs for former BC participants. • Create and execute
BC-focused projects and events.• Supervise and mentor Head
Office Members for effective PA program development.
6. Head Office (HO) Members: -• Support APCC Secretariat in the planning and execution of the annual PA program. • Serve as BCIO management's representative at the PA Camp, providing presentations, discussion facilitation, and participant evaluations. • Drive ongoing engagement and activity among PA participants following the PA Camp.
