This was our last meeting with all of the JAs and their families before we left for APCC 2024! Everyone was a bit nervous but we had a lot of fun. The first part of the meeting was information for the parents about the trip, while this was happening the children practised their cultural performance with the PA Chloe. 

After the information session was completed the parents said goodbye for a few hours as it was time for the JA training. The JAs were taught some Japanese phrases and ways of life by one of the 2023 volunteers Momoka! We made the JAs activity books and the PA (Chloe) and HOM (Chanel) joined in too, it was so much fun. 

It was then time to try on the new uniforms, they are very impressive. We took some photos in the local park with Momoka and the JAs. After the photo shoot it was time for the meeting to end. Everyone had a great time and the team felt ready to travel to Fukuoka Japan for APCC 2024.
